If customer receives incorrect item (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email), customer is entitled to FULL REFUND once return of incorrect item is initiated. Goddess Curls will pay for return shipping.
If customer decides to return item for reasons other than above, customer is entitled to FULL REFUND once Goddess Curls receives returned item. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued.
Customer may be entitled to a full/ partial refund if product arrives damaged, spilled, or leaked. (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email). This is left to the discretion of Goddess Curls on a case by case basis to determine whether carrier or Goddess Curls is at fault.
Customer is NOT entitled to a full refund of Growth Butter if it arrives melted due to disclaimer stated in product description. (Melted products are not common, but can occur in warm environments)
Customer is entitled to a full refund if they wish to cancel order BEFORE product has been shipped.
If customer wishes to cancel order AFTER product has been shipped, a full refund will be issued only if item is returned in ACCEPTABLE condition. If product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued.
Goddess Curls is NOT Responsible for stolen or missing items/packages. Customer should file a claim with carrier. Customer is advised to contact carrier for shipment and delivery issues BEFORE contacting customer service. Goddess Curls will work with customer on a case by case basis to determine if a refund (full or partial) is applicable.
